Hit by Penguin or Panda? Try PPC Management! May 7, 2012

One of the reasons we always advise clients to compliment their SEO campaigns with properly setup pay per click campaigns is that an algorithmic update, a sudden change in Google’s search results can knock off any site from the top positions for a period of time. What to do then? You cannot magically fix your rankings overnight and your business most likely depends on incoming traffic. Search engine marketing doesn’t mean SEO only, there’s always the paid, but reliable PPC way too.

The main reason why people don’t want to delve into paying for traffic is because they think it’s too expensive. Ninety nine percent of the time that’s not the case, or it’s only because of a poorly setup campaign.  Just today a client asked us to look at their Google AdWords campaign because they felt like their current ppc management company was doing a poor work and boy were they right! One of the most poorly setup AdWords campaigns we’ve ever seen. Very low ad relevancy, same ad text for hundreds of very different keywords, lack of content on landing pages, etc. It wasn’t a surprise when we learned they had an average Quality Score of 3. Out of 10… Of course they are paying an arm and a leg for clicks. Once fixed, and with an average Quality Score of 8+ they’ll get the same visitors for (approx.) 80% less! That’s quite the difference.

Don’t get intimidated by the complex world of pay per click and paid search engine marketing in general, we’re certain we can help you get the traffic that you need at a very affordable rate! Give us a call or send us a message today!
